EB-1C Executives and Managers Green Card
Desc
The Path to Permanent Residency for Global Leaders
A direct path to a Green Card for senior executives and managers.
The EB-1C Multinational Executive or Manager visa is an elite, first-preference employment-based (EB-1) green card. It allows multinational companies to transfer top-tier executives and high-level managers from a foreign office to a permanent managerial or executive position in a related U.S. entity.
This highly coveted classification is one of the fastest and most efficient paths to permanent residency for qualifying global businesses and their key personnel, as it does not require the lengthy Labor Certification (PERM) process.
Who Qualifies for the EB-1C?
To qualify for an EB-1C Green Card, the foreign national needs to meet the following requirements:
Prior Foreign Employment: Have worked outside the U.S. for at least one year in an executive or managerial capacity within the three years before filing (or initial U.S. admission if already on L-1A).
Qualifying Capacity: The prior foreign role and the intended U.S. role must be executive or managerial.
Executive capacity involves directing management, establishing policies, and broad discretionary decision-making with only general supervision.
Managerial capacity involves managing the organization/function, including supervising other supervisory/professional/managerial employees, and possessing personnel action authority. (Note: First-line supervisors generally don't qualify unless supervising professionals.
The petitioning U.S. company must demonstrate:
Qualifying Relationship: A direct Parent, Subsidiary, or Affiliate link to the foreign employer.
Doing Business for 1+ Year: The U.S. entity must have been actively "doing business" (regular, systematic, and continuous provision of goods/services) for at least one year before filing.
Existing U.S. Operation: The petition must be for an existing business, not a "new office."
Continued Operation: Both the U.S. entity and at least one foreign organization must continue operations until the beneficiary gets permanent residency.
Ability to Pay: Financial ability to pay the beneficiary's executive/managerial salary.

Our EB-1C Multinational Executive & Manager Green Card Services
Strategic Consultation & Eligibility: We analyze corporate structure and operations (US/Foreign) to confirm a qualifying relationship. We then review the beneficiary's job duties to ensure they meet the strict definitions of "executive" or "managerial" capacity.
Petition Preparation (I-140): We prepare the Immigrant Petition (Form I-140) and compile a robust evidentiary packet (corporate documents, financials, org charts, job descriptions). We draft compelling legal arguments and a support letter, linking evidence to EB-1C requirements.
Proactive Risk Management: We mitigate common challenges (e.g., small company size, vague titles, insufficient financials) to minimize Requests for Evidence (RFEs). If an RFE is issued, we provide a rigorous legal response.
Final Green Card Processing: After I-140 approval, we manage the final stage: Consular Processing abroad or Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) within the U.S., guiding the executive and their family through interviews and final approval.
